A complete course to feel at ease with the rehabilitation of plantar heel pain, heel spurs and tibialis posterior dysfunction.

Your instructor

A State-registered physiotherapist (2014), I combine hands-on practice, teaching and innovation. Based in private practice, I am also a passionate instructor , with a focus on tendinopathies , patient self-management and therapeutic communication — because good care is also a good relationship. Trained in sports physiotherapy and orthopaedic manual therapy , I like to bring sharp clinical approaches together with concrete, accessible tools. Since 2017, I have also been exploring the world of digital learning as an e-learning project manager , creating content that (really) makes you want to learn.
The course gives you what you need to manage plantar heel pain, heel spurs and tibialis anterior dysfunction.
