Terms and conditions of sale

Version in force as of 16 July 2026.

1. Identity of the seller

These terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) apply to every registration for a course offered by:

PHYSIO-LEARNING.COM (trading name: Physio Learning), a société par actions simplifiée with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Marseille trade and companies register (RCS) under number 892 765 686 (registered office SIRET: 892 765 686 00027), intra-Community VAT number FR00 892 765 686, whose registered office is at 18 chemin de Mimet, 13015 Marseille, France (hereinafter “Physio Learning”).

Training provider registered under activity declaration number 93131997413 with the prefect of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. This registration does not constitute State approval.
Qualiopi-certified for training activities.
Provider registered with the Agence nationale du DPC (the French national agency for the DPC, the mandatory continuing professional development scheme for health professionals), under number 99GX.
Courses eligible for funding by the FIF PL, the French training fund for self-employed professionals, for practitioners in private practice, subject to the criteria in force.

2. Purpose and acceptance

The Terms set out the conditions under which Physio Learning sells its courses, online (e-learning), on-site or in a blended format, to health professionals and, where applicable, to students in those fields (hereinafter the “Client”). Any registration implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms, which prevail over any other document, subject to any special conditions agreed in writing (in particular in a training agreement). Use of the website and of the app is further governed by the terms of use.

3. Our courses

Physio Learning offers continuing education courses aimed primarily at physiotherapists, and at other health professionals depending on the programme (midwives, doctors, nurses, osteopaths and others):

e-learning courses, available through the Physio Learning app and platform;
on-site courses (sessions held on the dates and at the locations indicated at registration);
virtual classrooms and blended formats combining e-learning with live sessions.

The content, learning objectives, duration, prerequisites, intended audience and assessment arrangements for each course are set out in detail on its course page, which forms an integral part of the offer.

4. Registration and contractual documents

Registration takes place online (website, app or registration link sent by Physio Learning) or through our team. It becomes final once confirmed by Physio Learning and, depending on the funding route:

signature of a convention de formation (training agreement) where the course is funded by an employer or a third-party body;
signature of a contrat de formation professionnelle (individual training contract, articles L6353-3 et seq. of the French Labour Code) where a private individual undertakes the course in a personal capacity and at their own expense; in that case, they have a 10-day right of withdrawal from the signature of the contract;
for courses funded by the Agence nationale du DPC, an additional registration on agencedpc.fr using the DPC action number provided by Physio Learning.

The Client undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

5. Prices

The prices that apply are those shown on the course page or on the quotation on the day of registration. They are stated in euros. Continuing vocational training activities may qualify for the VAT exemption provided for in article 261, 4-4°-a of the French General Tax Code; the applicable VAT regime is specified at registration and on the invoice. Physio Learning reserves the right to change its prices at any time, courses being invoiced at the rate in force at the time of registration.

6. Payment and funding

Payment is made online by bank card through our secure payment provider Stripe, or by any other means agreed at registration (in particular bank transfer under a training agreement). Physio Learning never has access to your full card details.

Depending on your situation, several funding routes are available:

DPC: for eligible courses, funding is provided by the Agence nationale du DPC up to the limit of your allowance; registering on agencedpc.fr is your own responsibility;
FIF PL: practitioners in private practice may apply for funding (reimbursement is subject to the FIF PL criteria and annual ceilings; the application must be submitted by the practitioner);
funding by an employer or an OPCO (a French accredited skills operator), under a training agreement;
direct purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed, access to the course is conditional on actual payment of the price or on confirmation of funding. Funding applications (DPC, FIF PL, OPCO) are the Client’s responsibility; a refusal of funding does not constitute grounds for retroactive cancellation of the registration, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Right of withdrawal (distance selling)

Where the Client is a consumer within the meaning of the French Consumer Code, they have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract (article L221-18), which may be exercised by writing to hello@physio-learning.com, without having to give reasons. However:

for e-learning content (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium), a Client who requests immediate access to the course expressly consents to performance beginning and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost as soon as the content is accessed (article L221-28, 13°);
for services (on-site courses, virtual classrooms) whose performance has begun, at the Client’s request, before the end of the withdrawal period, the Client remains liable for the price corresponding to the service already provided (article L221-25);
a professional registering in the course of their business does not benefit from the right of withdrawal, except in the cases provided for in article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code.

This right of withdrawal applies without prejudice to the separate 10-day period attaching to the contrat de formation professionnelle referred to in article 4.

8. Access to e-learning courses

Access to e-learning content is opened once registration has been confirmed, through a personal account on the Physio Learning app or platform, for the period stated on the course page. The account is strictly personal: sharing login details or making content available to third parties is prohibited. Physio Learning takes reasonable steps to keep the service continuously available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability (maintenance, updates, technical incidents).

9. On-site courses: cancellation and postponement

Physio Learning reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session, in particular where the number of participants is insufficient or where the instructor is unavailable. In that case, the Client is informed as soon as possible and may choose between transferring to a later session and a full refund of the sums paid for the session concerned, to the exclusion of any other compensation (including any travel or accommodation costs incurred by the Client).

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@physio-learning.com: a transfer to a later session or an equivalent solution is offered first. The precise cancellation arrangements applicable to each session (deadlines, any sums retained) are set out in the training agreement or training contract provided at registration.

10. Attendance, attestations and certificates

Completing a course gives rise to the supporting documents required by the relevant scheme: end-of-course attestation, certificate of completion, and the record-keeping documents required by funding bodies (ANDPC, FIF PL, OPCO). For DPC courses, these documents are issued only where the attendance conditions set by the Agence nationale du DPC have been met.

11. Disability access

If you have a disability, please contact us before registering at hello@physio-learning.com so that we can consider together how the course may be adapted (teaching arrangements, accessibility of venues, reasonable adjustments).

12. Intellectual property

All course content (videos, materials, quizzes, documents, illustrations, trade marks and logos) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Physio Learning or of its partner instructors. Registration grants the Client a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to following the course. Any reproduction, distribution, recording, resale or provision to third parties, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

13. Liability

Physio Learning courses are intended for health professionals and for students in those fields. Their content, based on current scientific evidence, is provided for continuing education purposes: it replaces neither the practitioner’s clinical judgement nor the guidelines and obligations that apply to their practice. Physio Learning is bound by an obligation of means in the delivery of its services; it may be held liable only where fault is proven, and its liability is limited, for all heads of loss combined, to the amount paid by the Client for the course concerned, save where mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.

14. Personal data

The data collected when you register and while you follow a course is processed by PHYSIO-LEARNING.COM, as data controller, in order to manage registrations, deliver courses and keep the records they require (including obligations towards funding bodies), and to maintain the customer relationship. It is not sold to third parties. Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, which may be exercised by email at hello@physio-learning.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr). All processing operations are described in detail in our privacy policy.

15. Complaints and disputes

Any complaint may be sent to hello@physio-learning.com; we undertake to acknowledge receipt and to deal with it as quickly as possible, an amicable solution always being sought first. Physio Learning courses are intended for health professionals and for students in those fields, who contract for professional purposes; the consumer mediation scheme provided for in articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code does not apply to these contracts. If you consider that you contracted as a consumer, please send us your complaint in writing at the address above so that an amicable solution can be sought.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts; for professional Clients, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Marseille.
