1. Legal notices

Training provider registered under activity declaration number 93131997413 with the prefect of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region (this registration does not amount to State approval), Qualiopi-certified for training activities and registered with the Agence nationale du DPC (the French national agency that administers the DPC, the mandatory continuing professional development scheme for healthcare professionals), under number 99GX.

Hosting: the physio-learning.com website is hosted by SiteGround Spain S.L., Calle de Prim 19, 28004 Madrid, Spain (siteground.com). The app and the training platform are hosted on Google Cloud Platform and Firebase, services provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (cloud.google.com).
2. Purpose
These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the physio-learning.com website, of the Physio Learning mobile and web app and of the associated services (together, the “Platform”). By browsing the website, creating an account or using the app, you accept these Terms. The conditions applicable to the purchase of courses are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
3. Access to the Platform
The website is accessible free of charge to anyone with an internet connection. Some services (course content, community, progress tracking) require an account to be created and are reserved for registered users. Internet access and equipment costs remain payable by you. Physio Learning uses reasonable means to provide quality access to the Platform, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability: access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates or in the event of an incident.
4. User account
When creating your account, you undertake to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Your login details are strictly personal and confidential: you are responsible for keeping them safe and for any activity carried out from your account. In the event of unauthorised use or suspected compromise, notify us without delay at hello@physio-learning.com. Account sharing is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
You undertake to use the Platform in accordance with its purpose (the continuing education of healthcare professionals) and, in particular, to refrain from:
- copying, recording, distributing or reselling the course content, in whole or in part;
- sharing your login details or allowing a third party to access restricted content;
- disrupting the operation of the Platform (attempted intrusion, mass data extraction, reverse engineering, circumvention of protection measures);
- posting in the community spaces any content that is unlawful or defamatory, contrary to the professional code of conduct of healthcare professions, or infringing the rights of third parties (including patient data allowing their identification);
- impersonating a third party.
In the event of a breach, Physio Learning may suspend or delete the account concerned, without prejudice to sums owed and to any action for compensation.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform and all its content (courses, videos, texts, quizzes, illustrations, logos, trade marks, databases, code) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Physio Learning or to its partners (instructors, rights holders). Access to the Platform grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use. Any unauthorised reproduction or reuse constitutes infringement within the meaning of the French Intellectual Property Code.
7. Community spaces and user content
The Platform may offer spaces for exchanges between learners and instructors. You remain responsible for the content you post there and warrant that you hold the rights required to publish it. By posting content, you authorise Physio Learning to display it on the Platform as part of the service. Physio Learning may remove without notice any content that is contrary to these Terms or to the law.
8. Content and external links
The teaching content is provided for the purposes of professional training: it does not constitute binding care instructions and is no substitute either for the practitioner’s clinical judgement or for individual medical advice. The Platform may contain links to third-party sites (scientific articles, tools, social networks) whose content Physio Learning does not control and for which it accepts no responsibility.
9. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is set out in detail in our privacy policy. In summary: PHYSIO-LEARNING.COM, as data controller, collects and processes the data required to create and manage your account, to monitor your courses from a teaching and administrative point of view (including the audit trail required by funding bodies such as the ANDPC, which administers the DPC, or the FIF PL, which funds training for self-employed professionals), to invoice you, to handle customer relations and, with your agreement, to send you information about our courses. This data is retained for as long as is necessary for those purposes and for the applicable legal obligations, and is neither sold nor rented. It may be processed by our technical processors (hosting, payment, communication) strictly within the scope of their tasks.
9.1 Appearing on the practitioner map (PhysioMaps)
By enrolling on a course, you agree that your professional profile will be added to our public practitioner map, once your first course is validated and not before. It shows your identity, your profession, the courses you have validated and the practice contact details you have chosen to make visible.
This rule has applied since 26 July 2026. Practitioners registered before that date may appear on the map without meeting this condition; they have exactly the same means of removing themselves, described below.
You can remove yourself at any time, without having to give a reason and with no consequences for access to your courses, from Settings › PhysioMaps in the app. The same screen lets you choose, field by field, what is displayed and what is not.
9.2 Transfer of your contact details to an advertising platform
By accepting these Terms, you agree that your email address and, where applicable, your telephone number will be sent to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited in the form of cryptographic hashes, so that we do not show you advertising for a course you have already taken and so that Meta can identify professionals with a profile comparable to yours. We receive no individual information about you in return, and we send neither your name, nor your courses, nor any data about your practice.
You can object at any time, without having to give a reason: the unsubscribe link in each of our emails counts as an objection, and you can also write to us at hello@physio-learning.com. We then ask Meta to remove your contact details. This objection has no consequences for access to your courses or for the services of the Platform. The details of this processing are set out in our privacy policy.
9.3 Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data, as well as the right to set out instructions applying after your death. Where direct marketing is concerned, you may object without giving reasons. These rights are exercised by email to hello@physio-learning.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
10. Liability
Physio Learning is bound by a best-endeavours obligation in providing the Platform. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the Platform that does not comply with these Terms, from temporary unavailability, from an event of force majeure or from the act of a third party. You are responsible for the use you make of the content in your professional practice.
11. Changes to these Terms
Physio Learning may amend these Terms, in particular to take account of legal changes or of changes to the features of the Platform. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with its update date. In the event of a substantial change, registered users are informed by any appropriate means.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to their performance will be brought before the courts having jurisdiction.
