Depending on the course page, they can be funded through the DPC (the French three-yearly continuing professional development obligation), through the FIFPL (the training fund for self-employed professionals, 2026 e-learning ceiling 450 €/year), or bought outright with immediate access. 7,354 physiotherapists are enrolled, with an average of 4.82/5 across 1,677 ratings and 98.3% saying they would recommend us.

The format

Why train
online?

E-learning answers the number 1 constraint physiotherapists face: time. No travel, no days at the practice to block out: you work through it module by module, between two patients or in the evening, on a computer, tablet or smartphone. And access does not expire: you can rewatch every video as many times as you need, even months later.

The format changes nothing about the standard: content grounded in the evidence, built around clinical reasoning and real cases, ready to apply in your practice from the very next module, as with all our courses for physiotherapists.

How it works

1

Enrol from the course page

Every course page in the catalogue states the price, the duration and the funding routes: DPC where the course is eligible, FIFPL, or direct purchase.

2

Work at your own pace

Immediate access with a direct purchase, on all your devices. Durations run from around 1 hour for a focused module to 40 hours for the fullest pathway.

3

Receive your certificate

Issued at the end of the course, it is your supporting document for the DPC or the FIFPL.

Funding

Funding your e-learning:
DPC, FIFPL or direct

Three routes, with rules specific to the online format, applicable in 2026.

DPC

Tuition costs covered

For self-employed physiotherapists working under the French health service agreement, the ANDPC, the national agency that runs the DPC, funds the tuition costs of eligible activities, within an annual entitlement of 14 hours (2026 ANDPC scale). DPC eligibility is stated course page by course page, not all our online courses are eligible.

FIFPL

The go-to for self-employed practitioners

In 2026, the FIFPL covers up to 300 €/day and 900 €/year, with e-learning capped at 50% of those criteria, i.e. 450 €/year maximum for distance learning (2026 FIFPL criteria). Apply online no later than 10 days after the course begins.

Direct

Immediate access

A direct purchase opens the course immediately, with no application to file, and remains deductible as a business expense for self-employed practitioners. It is the only route for some course pages, and the simplest one from Belgium or French-speaking Switzerland.

Who it is for

Self-employed, salaried,
Belgium or French-speaking Switzerland

Self-employed in France

The typical profile

DPC on the eligible course pages, with the FIFPL taking over from there: two independent budgets, as long as the same day is not funded twice.

Salaried

Through your employer

Outside health centres working under the French health service agreement, salaried staff do not come under the ANDPC: funding goes through the employer, which our Qualiopi certification makes possible. Direct purchase remains open to everyone.

Belgium · French-speaking Switzerland

French-speaking, without borders

In Belgium, some course pages mention Pro-Q Kiné, the Belgian quality programme for physiotherapists; in French-speaking Switzerland, a direct purchase gives immediate access. All our courses are built on evidence-based practice. We also run on-site sessions in Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux. Our distance courses are open to physiotherapists in Belgium and French-speaking Switzerland just as much as to those practising in France.

Our online pelvic health courses are also open to midwives. Torn between distance learning and on-site training? Our physiotherapy courses page compares the two formats.

FAQ

Online training:
your questions

Can an online physiotherapy course be funded by the FIFPL?

Yes, provided the training provider is Qualiopi-certified: ours is. In 2026, e-learning funding is capped at 50% of the profession’s criteria, that is 150 € per day and 450 € per year maximum (source: FIFPL). Apply online no later than 10 calendar days after the first day of the course.

How much does an online physiotherapy course cost?

At Physio Learning, the prices recorded in July 2026 run from 60 € incl. VAT (a module of around 1 hour) to 690 € incl. VAT (a 40-hour pathway), with most e-learning courses between 290 € and 449 € incl. VAT. The exact price appears on every page of the catalogue.

Does the DPC fund online courses?

Yes, for eligible activities: the ANDPC pays the tuition costs to the training provider, within the annual entitlement of 14 hours in 2026. The loss-of-earnings allowance (38 €/hr), however, is reserved for on-site training and virtual classrooms; an online EPP carries an allowance of 19 €/hr (source: 2026 ANDPC scale). Eligibility is stated on each course page.

Can e-learning validate my three-yearly DPC obligation?

Yes, if the activity is DPC-eligible. The obligation is met over three years (the 2026-2028 period is under way), with at least two activities of two different types. Our fully online EPP can count towards it.

Can DPC and FIFPL be combined in the same year for online training?

Yes, the two budgets are independent. The same day, however, cannot be funded twice: days covered by the FIFPL must be days that the ANDPC has not funded.

Are the online courses available from Belgium or Switzerland?

Yes: they are aimed at the whole French-speaking community: France, Belgium, French-speaking Switzerland. Belgian physiotherapists can draw on Pro-Q Kiné on the course pages that mention it; everywhere else, a direct purchase gives immediate access. The DPC and the FIFPL remain reserved for professionals practising in France.
