Why this course?

A complete course on the management of low back pain with Ben Cormack (Cor-Kinetic).

La formation en situation

Develop your skills with a comprehensive biopsychosocial approach.

This course teaches you to bring a multitude of varied elements together within a structured, evidence-based (EBP) framework for pain management.

It will help you cut down the confusion and the mental load that come with older biomedical approaches, by integrating modern pain science, psychology and targeted exercise prescription.

Real case studies and group workshops make it a genuine movement « master class » , applicable in the clinic from Monday morning.

Debunk the myths, improve your communication, refine your clinical reasoning and leave behind the outdated approach of plain "sets and reps".

Your practice today

  • A biomedical approach that often falls short with chronic pain
  • Uncertainty and anxiety when prescribing exercise
  • Neuroscience explanations that are too complex for patients
  • Off-the-shelf protocols such as "3 sets of 10 reps", barely targeted

After the course

  • A modern, comprehensive biopsychosocial practice
  • Full confidence in exercise prescription and load management
  • Targeted communication that reassures and wins the patient over
  • Simple education, aimed at behaviours and at the myths to break

Learning outcomes

Differentiate pain presentations

Confidently tell serious, specific and non-specific pain apart.

Exercise prescription

Choose the best exercises with your patients for pain, performance and behaviour change.

Therapeutic relationship

Reassure effectively and build a strong alliance through targeted education.

Navigate uncertainty

Handle uncertainty with ease to minimise the anxiety (patient/clinician) that paralyses rehabilitation.

Debunk the myths

Help patients let go of the false beliefs that hold their progress back.

Pain science

A new, simplified approach without having to resort to complex neuroscience.

Some of the cost may remain payable by you, depending on the course price and the amount funded. The attendance allowance is paid by the Agence, at its own rates and for on-site courses only. The DPC only covers healthcare professions bound by the French three-yearly requirement, and the allowance depends on the profession: the amounts shown are those for masseurs-kinésithérapeutes in 2026. A French scheme, open to healthcare professionals practising in France.
  2. FIFPL: you pay for the course, then claim reimbursement. It is full or partial depending on the course, and decided by the FIFPL independently of Physio Learning, within your remaining annual allowance and the budget allocated to your profession. The caps shown are those of the masseur-kinésithérapeute scale for 2026; other professions come under their own section's scale. An online course is capped at half these amounts. A French fund, open to self-employed practitioners registered in France.
