Ma Certif' Pro Santé: the declaration service explained
« Ma Certif' Pro Santé » is the national account where you will declare your certification activities. What it is for, when it opens (November 2026), how you will sign in, and how to spot fake sites.
🖥️ What is « Ma Certif' Pro Santé » for?
It is the national online service on which you will declare your periodic certification activities, upload your supporting documents and track your progress. It is built and run by the Agence du numérique en santé (ANS), the public digital health agency overseen by the French health ministry.
The account is personal, secure and tied to your professional identity. It brings together your declarations, your supporting documents, the tracking of your progress and your exchanges with the bodies concerned (regulatory body, CNP). Its operation is governed by a Conseil d'État decree (December 2025) approved by the CNIL, the French data protection authority, and it follows you throughout your career, whatever your working arrangements and however often you change employer.

Until it opens, keep every supporting document for activities completed since 1st January 2023: certificates of completion, programmes, attendance certificates, internal documents… You will then upload them to the online service, and activities completed since the start of the cycle will be fully taken into account.
🔐 How you will sign in
Access will be online, using your digital health professional identity. Once authenticated, you will reach your personal area to: declare your certifying activities, check where you stand, download your documents and follow news about the scheme. Entries are made as you go; your obligations are verified at the end of the cycle, on the basis of the activities declared.
Beware of fraudulent platforms
Any platform or third-party service claiming to give access to « Ma Certif' Pro Santé » or to stand in for it is likely to be fraudulent. The only legitimate route is the official ANS service. Be wary of sites asking you to « register » or to pay before November 2026.

📎 Which supporting documents to prepare
The documents expected are set out in your profession’s reference framework; they may in particular include:
- certificates of attendance for DPC activities (courses, integrated programmes, practice evaluations);
- proof of professional practice (employer, institution, working arrangements);
- evidence of quality and patient safety activities (improvement processes, audits, risk management, peer groups, morbidity and mortality reviews, multidisciplinary team meetings…);
- certificates showing skills have been updated (further courses, teaching, mentoring, scientific activities, positions of responsibility).
Some activities may be declared on the basis of a sworn statement, with the possibility of a later check by your regulatory body.
