J1Day 1 — Morning (9h-12h)

Welcome, introductions and taking account of participants' expectations
Self-assessment of professional practice (self-questionnaire)
How hand rehabilitation is organised: GEMMSOR, SOS Main, the players and their roles
Refresher on the anatomy and physiology of the hand and wrist + palpation

J1Day 1 — Afternoon (14h-18h)

Hand conditions: description and medical/surgical treatment
Physiotherapy goals, contraindications and protocols
Rehabilitation and patient self-management: flexor and extensor tendon lacerations, fractures and ligament injuries of the phalanges and metacarpals
Dupuytren's disease, trigger finger, osteoarthritis of the fingers and the thumb

J2Day 2 — Morning (9h-12h)

Refresher on the anatomy, physiology and clinical examination of the wrist + palpation
Carrying out a physiotherapy diagnostic assessment (history, pain, skin and trophic status, range of motion, strength, function)
Refining the rehabilitation goals and making sure the patient is on board

J2Day 2 — Afternoon (14h-18h)

Wrist conditions: description and medical/surgical treatment
Rehabilitation: fractures of the radius, the ulna and the carpus, ligament injuries of the DRUJ and the carpus
