Frequently asked questions

Who is Théo Ultré?

Théo Ultré is a physiotherapist who qualified at the IFMK d'Amiens in 2015. After seven years in practice in the Lille area, he settled in La Teste-de-Buch in 2022. His practice is focused on sports physiotherapy, reconditioning and the management of the spine.

Which course does he teach at Physio Learning?

He teaches Low back pain in athletes: exercise and self-management, on-site. The programme and the practical details are on the course page.

Is his course only about athletes?

It starts from the athlete, but the reasoning — dosing exercise, progressing it, building self-management — holds for any patient with low back pain. Our guide on non-specific low back pain gives the clinical framework, and our courses in this field are gathered on the spine and pain page.

Does he offer remote support?

Yes, since 2024, for athletes with low back pain: assessment and support online. It is a separate activity from his teaching, whose content remains centred on practice in the clinic.
