Why this course?

A complete course to feel at ease with getting your patients back to sport, both in the clinic and when you follow a sports team.

La formation en situation

A complete approach: clinical and evidence-based.

Are you looking for a course that helps you make sounder decisions around return to sport, return to competition and return to performance?

This course gives you an overall view of that grey area between the end of clinic-based care and the return to the pitch, bringing together clinical practice, science and the reality of the field.

You will learn to back your choices with objective data, individualise your treatment strategies and optimise both injury prevention and lasting performance.

Tools you can apply straight away — no abstract theory, only what works on the ground.

Your practice today

  • Difficulty deciding when to resume training or competition
  • Decisions that are still too subjective, or barely individualised
  • Few objective criteria to guide progression
  • No clear markers for prevention and risk management

After the course

  • Broader clinical reasoning around RTS / RTC / RTP
  • Treatment strategies individualised to the patient and the sport
  • Progressive, realistic goals that keep the patient on board
  • Prevention optimised through the modifiable risk factors

What fellow physios say.

  • A really concrete course. I used to struggle to back my return-to-sport decisions with objective data, and I am leaving with a real assessment framework, useful tests and, above all, a clear logic for progressing without skipping steps.
    Camille L.Sports physiotherapist
  • A very good balance between the literature, the field and real cases. The two instructors complement each other really well. I particularly liked the whole part on progression criteria and decision-making at the end of rehabilitation.
    Mathieu B.Physio in private practice
  • At last, a return-to-sport course that does not stay vague. You see how to build clean reasoning, how to talk to the patient and how to adapt to the profile, the sport and the context. Very applicable from Monday morning.
    Sarah R.State-qualified physiotherapist
  • I went to structure my practice around prevention and RTS, and I clearly came away more confident. The examples from the field, the discussions around the tests and the room left for questions make the course genuinely solid.
